Project Overview Guidance and Counseling (BK) services in schools often face operational challenges, such as manual recording systems based on physical paper archives that are easily misplaced, lack integration, and limit students' ability to securely voice their concerns. This project introduces a Web-Based Counseling Information System to modernize the entire student guidance process at MAN 2 Kota Tangerang. This platform seamlessly connects students, guidance counselors, homeroom teachers, and parents to create a more responsive, transparent, and communicative school environment.

Key Features & Solutions - Integrated Multi-User Access Control: Dedicated dashboards with strict privacy boundaries for Students, Guidance Counselors, Homeroom Teachers, and Parents. - Automatic Complaint Classification: Student complaints and concerns are automatically categorized into specific problem domains (Academic, Social, Family, Personal, Disciplinary). - Data-Driven Solution Recommendations: Automatically generates structured initial guidance and solution recommendations to assist guidance counselors. - Disciplinary Point Tracking & Auto-Generated Agreement Letters: Real-time monitoring of violation points. Automatically generates official downloadable Agreement Letters in PDF format when thresholds (SP1, SP2, SP3) are hit. - Counseling Scheduling & Notifications: Seamless scheduling and coordination for face-to-face counseling sessions.
